Job Description Group Facilitator Part-Time
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITY
To provide 245G compliant clinical services to adult men and women in a community, face-to-face setting. Responsibilities will include initiating and maintaining superior treatment functions associated with group therapy.
JOB DUTIES
Implement clinical services as directed by the Programs Manager and mandated by licensure.
Comply with clinical service policies and relevant agency policies.
Provide clinical services that are client-centered and meet all goals/objectives within licensed required reporting periods.
Participate in weekly clinical supervision as directed by Programs Manager.
Utilize evidence-based practices as directed by the Programs Manager.
Maintain client records that are HIPAA compliant, meet regulatory, agency, and funding source requirements.
Follow all systems in place for the safety and welfare of clinical service clients.
Report and provide clinical service information to the Programs Manager as directed.
QUALIFICATIONS
Current license to practice substance use disorder counseling (LADC/ADC-T) in a licensed out-patient setting (245G); or is exempt from licensure under MN Statute 148F.
Minimum bachelor's degree in human services or related field.
Superior understanding of 245G mandates/requirements.
Superior communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated knowledge of evidence-based clinical service tools in a substance abuse model of service delivery.
Demonstrated knowledge of working with co-occurring populations.
Demonstrated knowledge of working with a diverse population.
Demonstrate knowledge of trauma informed delivery of services.
Demonstrate the practice of high ethical standards.
