In this vital role, you will oversee the planning, execution, and management of clinical trials and research projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and scientific protocols. Your leadership will drive the success of research initiatives that contribute to groundbreaking advancements in healthcare. This position offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate across departments, manage complex data collection processes, and support the development of new therapies and treatments. Your expertise will help shape the future of medical science while fostering a collaborative and compliant research environment. Responsibilities Coordinate all aspects of clinical trials, including participant recruitment, screening, enrollment, and follow-up procedures Ensure adherence to Good Clinical Practice (GCP), FDA regulations, and ICH guidelines throughout all research activities Manage research data collection, entry, verification, and analysis using Microsoft Office tools and specialized research software Facilitate cross-functional collaboration among investigators, laboratory personnel, regulatory bodies, and external partners Maintain accurate records of research activities, monitor project timelines, and ensure quality control across all phases of clinical trials Qualifications Proven supervising experience in a clinical or research setting with demonstrated leadership skills Strong background in clinical research, including experience with clinical trials and laboratory procedures Expertise in data collection methods, statistical analysis for research purposes, and research data analysis tools Familiarity with laboratory techniques and experience working within regulated environments such as FDA or ICH GCP standards Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for documentation and reporting purposes Excellent internal communication skills to coordinate effectively across teams and departments Certification in ICH Good Clinical Practice (GCP) from a recognized issuer for CA or equivalent is preferred Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in maintaining accurate records and reports Clean driving record Join us to be part of a forward-thinking organization dedicated to advancing scientific discovery through meticulous research coordination.
Pay:
