Contract, 1099 About us Clarity Cove Counseling is a private practice in Mooresville serving individuals across Lake Norman and the greater Charlotte area. We are a small team and we like it that way. Clients get a safe, inclusive space, clinicians get real support, and nobody is carrying a caseload they did not agree to. The role We are looking for an associate-level clinician who wants private practice experience with the support to go with it. You will build your own caseload across a broad range of ages and presenting concerns rather than being slotted into one specialty, which is a good way to figure out where your clinical interests actually land. Supervision If you are an LCSWA, your clinical supervision is provided in house. You will be supervised by a licensed clinician on our team, so you are not out hunting for a supervisor, coordinating schedules across two practices, or paying for it separately. That is worth putting a number on. Clinical supervision in this market typically runs $100 to $150 a session, so a year of weekly supervision is somewhere in the range of $5,000 to $7,500 out of pocket. Here it is included. For a social work associate working toward full licensure this is usually the biggest single cost and the biggest source of friction, and it is already handled. If you are an LCMHCA or LMFTA, you are welcome to apply as well. We are glad to work around an outside supervisor you already have, and we will build your schedule around your supervision hours. Pay $40 to $60 per clinical hour , and here is exactly how the range works: Per clinical hour Associate level $40 to $50 Fully licensed, at an agreed caseload $55 to $60 We put the licensure step in writing up front rather than leaving you to wonder what happens after you get your full license. The caseload that unlocks the higher rate is something we agree on together before you start, not a moving target. You also share in no-show and late cancellation fees when they are charged , so a client who does not show up is not simply a lost hour for you. To put that in context, a caseload of 20 sessions a week comes to roughly $38,000 to $48,000 a year at the associate rate.
