This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the advancement of treatments that directly impact patients' lives. Must be detail-oriented, well organized with excellent planning and language skills, both oral and verbal, and able to work independently. Responsibilities include screening patients, testing and evaluating patients, documentation, and working with pharmaceutical and regulatory agencies. The candidate should possess knowledge and insight into legal and regulatory matters concerning clinical research. Requires a background in an allied health field, an interest in research and computer skills. Phlebotomy experience is preferred. We are a non-smoking facility. Personal Traits Strict attention to detail Highly developed organizational skills Ability to work with multiple study protocols Excellent verbal and written communication skills Interpersonal and problem-solving skills Self-motivated, results oriented, able to work independently Minimum Requirements Must be located in the Omaha metro area Clinical research experience, possess skills in aseptic technique and protocol-specific training Cardiopulmonary resuscitation certified (CPR) International Air Transport Association (IATA) certified is a plus (will train). Knowledge of FDA regulations and GCP guidelines preferred Have mature reasoning ability Have attention to detail Phlebotomy Abilities Required Follow verbal and written instructions Highly organized and able to work independently Organize workload to determine priority of duties Work in a small office with stress factors of telephone calls, noise generated by computer printers and occasional talking Possess good computer skills including the ability to prepare spreadsheets, Word documents and Outlook Communicate effectively and tactfully with others within the clinic and especially with the public
