Job Description

We are looking to add a Clinical Research Professional to a growing Ophthalmology study team. The ideal candidate will feel comfortable in a research environment with minimal oversight and exemplify strong understanding of the full trial process. This is full time onsite position M-F, competitive salary and benefits are offered after 30 days. Duties Manage 1-3 patient visits per day, with periodic admin-focused days as new studies launch. Perform certified phlebotomy/blood draws and operate centrifuges. Partner with onsite clinic techs (who assist with BCVA and refraction) and embedded clinic staff to ensure smooth study flow. Input clinical trial data across various study-specific EDC platforms in a timely manner. Maintain standard regulatory binders and study documentation. Oversee IP processes (without direct drug dispensing) and host/meet with external study monitors. Required Skills & Qualifications Certified for phlebotomy / blood draws. Hands-on experience operating a centrifuge for specimen processing. Background in Ophthalmology, specifically Retina, Anterior Segment, or general eye care (open to rare indications). Proficiency in data entry across various Electronic Data Capture (EDC) platforms. Standard clinical research regulatory maintenance and audit readiness. Understanding of IP accountability and monitoring processes. Proven ability to work independently ("plug-and-play") without direct daily onsite supervision. Strong interpersonal skills to interface smoothly with clinic staff, principal investigators, study monitors, and patients.
