The Team Lead of Environmental Services is responsible for the supervision and monitoring of Environmental Technicians in patients room, ancillary areas, and public facilities. This role is responsible for making sure assignments and calls are completed during the day.

Team Lead- EVS Qualifications:

High School diploma or equivalent preferred This is a safety sensitive position.

•At least 1 year of cleaning experience in a hospitalMust be familiar with and understand all functions that are delegated to ES Tech I, II, and Floor care Specialist positionsCapability to motivate, mentor, and train staffExcellent leadership and team management abilitiesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficientlyPrevious experience working in a hospital or healthcare setting, ideally in environmental services or other related field preferredProven experience in supervisory or management role, overseeing staff and operationsProficiency in housekeeping equipment and cleaning products preferredFamiliarity with relevant software for managing schedules, inventory, and reporting preferred
