As the Staff Development Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in our ability to continuously provide Care Beyond Compare through your exceptional guidance and education of the nursing team. You'll be instrumental in developing a culture of excellence, ensuring adherence to protocols and best practices, and empowering our nursing team to deliver compassionate, high-quality care to every patient. Develop, coordinate, and lead training and in-service education programs for staff. Promote culture of continuous learning and improvement. Maintain accurate records of all training activities and certifications. Conduct competency assessments and provide remedial training as needed. Perform other duties as required to provide exceptional care to each resident. What you need Active, unencumbered licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in state of practice. Strong clinical knowledge and expertise in nursing practice and patient care. Demonstrated ability to effectively manage and lead a diverse team of healthcare professionals. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Highly organized and detail oriented. Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
