Job Description The FSQA Specialist supports Domino's Product Quality and Technical Services programs by executing product evaluations, sensory testing, ingredient assessments, commercialization activities, and laboratory operations. This role partners with Quality Assurance, Product Development, Procurement, and suppliers to coordinate evaluations, collect and analyze data, maintain technical records, and support projects that help ensure ingredients consistently meet food safety, quality, and brand standards. What You'll Do Support ingredient commercialization, supplier qualification, product renovation, innovation, quality improvement, equipment change, process change, ingredient change, new product development, and food safety validation projects through product evaluations, technical assessments, data collection, and project coordination. Plan, organize, schedule, set up, execute, and report on product and ingredient evaluations and audits, including pre- and post-evaluation communications and database oversight. Analyze product evaluation, ingredient performance, and ingredient quality data; identify trends; interpret results; and develop recommendations for Technical Services, Procurement, Product Development, and Quality teams. Maintain technical records, databases, specifications, test protocols, evaluation reports, and project documentation, including reviewing and modifying specifications. Coordinate the procurement, receipt, inventory, storage, preparation, shipment, and disposal of product and ingredient samples used in evaluations and testing programs, and order and maintain ingredients and packaging for the FSQA lab area. Maintain clean, orderly, safe, and efficient QA laboratory, test kitchen, and QA shipping and receiving areas, and assist the R D team with product development activities and sensory testing by providing kitchen support. Travel as necessary to conduct product sensory setups and other activities supporting Quality Assurance, Procurement, and R D initiatives. Qualifications Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills across functions and organizational levels, with the ability to interact effectively with various constituencies. Problem-solving and decision-making skills. Ability to identify opportunities, set goals, work independently, and be self-motivated. Knowledge of computer skills, including Microsoft Office programs, data analysis, and data management. Ability to operate with a sense of urgency, as needed. Ability to be on call 24 hours a day and travel without extended notice. Ability to travel approximately up to 30%. Ability to perform at the appropriate proficiency level for the organization's core competencies, including Ensures Accountability, Collaborates, Self-Development, and Customer Focus. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and expertise in food science, food manufacturing, or the restaurant or retail business. Minimum of 1 year of experience in Food Safety and Quality Assurance or Product Development, preferably within the quick-service restaurant industry. Experience conducting product evaluations, laboratory testing, sensory testing, or food manufacturing activities.
