Medical Laboratory Scientist II sought by AdventHealth Waterman in Tavares, FL, perform various laboratory procedures in assigned areas as licensed/certified. Analytical testing of blood and/or human biological specimens. Moderate to high degree of theoretical and practical knowledge and expertise in licensed area(s). Various pre-and post-analytical work processes. Follows laboratory policies and procedures; maintains quality control practices in the Laboratory.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in chemical, biological, clinical or medical laboratory science, medical technology, or equivalent. In the alternative, a Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in chemical, biological, clinical or medical laboratory science, medical technology, or functional equivalent, is acceptable.
