Job Description

Core Responsibility:

Deliver the core attraction experience as immersive, high-energy guides.

Key Duties:

Lead groups through rooms following scripted beats Stay fully in character at all times Control pacing of the experience (not too fast/slow) Ensure guest safety in all interactive areas Adapt performance based on group energy (kids vs families vs mixed ages) Big energy, clear storytelling, highly interactive Read the room and adjust tone (excited, reassuring, playful) Maintain authority without breaking character Communicate delays/issues to Tech + Front Desk Reset light props or simple elements between groups if needed

Pay:
