SQE Failure Analysis FA LAB Tech(Similar to SIFA Lab Tech Role) Role Purpose As a SQE Failure Analysis (FA) Lab Technician, you will play a crucial role in supporting the failure analysis process by coordinating and maintaining tools, lab facilities, and safety protocols. You will ensure that all materials needed for FA are readily available and that the lab operates efficiently.

Responsibilities Lab Facilities and Equipment Maintenance:

Oversee cleanliness and functionality of the FA lab and associated workspaces; coordinate repairs, improvements and safety inspections; refill Liquid Nitrogen Dewars; manage sample receiving/outgoing; LMS management.

Tool Coordination:

Manage scheduling, calibration and maintenance of FA tools and equipment including microscopes, probing stations, physical and chemical analysis tools; coordinate vendor support.

Inventory Management:

Maintain inventory of consumables, chemicals and materials; monitor stock levels and reorder supplies.

Safety Compliance:

Enforce safety protocols and hazardous material handling procedures; conduct safety inspections.

Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain records of maintenance, calibration, user certification and inventory; generate operational reports.

Training and Support:

Provide guidance on safety protocols, lab policies and basic technical support. Requirements Previous experience in a semiconductor or electronics lab environment is highly desirable. Familiarity with failure analysis tools is a plus. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety. Effective communication skills. Proficiency in computer applications for inventory management, documentation and data analysis ͏ ͏

Experience:

1-3 Years . The expected compensation for this role ranges from $45,000 to $100,000 . Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
