Plans, directs, and coordinates designated project activities to ensure goals are accomplished within time frame and funding parameters. Reviews project proposals or plans to determine time frame, funding limitations, procedures, staffing requirements, and resource allotment. Establishes work plans and staffing for each phase, arranging recruitment or assignment of project personnel. Directs and coordinates project personnel to ensure progress on schedule and within budget; reviews status reports and modifies schedules or plans as required. Confers with project staff to provide technical advice, resolve problems, and ensure customer/project requirements are understood and documented. Prepares project reports for management, clients, or others; holds customer meetings and manages customer communications.
