What You'll Do Research property ownership, deeds, and public records nationwide Verify owners, contractors, and construction project information Prepare Notices to Owner (NTOs) and other construction documents Manage important deadlines Use online research tools and technology to work efficiently and accurately Communicate professionally with customers, attorneys, and other parties Who We're Looking For Strong research and problem-solving skills Excellent attention to detail Comfortable with technology and learning new software Organized and able to manage deadlines Dependable, accountable, and motivated Someone who takes pride in producing accurate, high-quality work Someone looking for stability and a long-term career Property, title, deed, or public-record research experience is a plus.
