Ignite Partners About the role The Operations Analyst, Payment Resolution & Research is responsible for processing premium collection and providing accurate information to service our clients and policyholders. The position will be a communicator, problem solver, and agent for change to provide continuous improvements. What you'll do Process premium received based on type of products, accurate data entry ability. Process policy loans and run cost basis requests Daily processing of bank activity including lockbox rejects Make corrections to policies due to coding errors, account/bank information errors. Ability conduct research and meet deadlines. Assist with unclaimed property research and Claims requests Accounting balancing skills and General ledger knowledge. Assist with the 1099 process for policyholders Handle inbound/outbound calls from all applicable customers including but not limited to third party contacts, clients contacts, third party vendors and internal team resources. Develop broad understanding of products, services, policies, procedures, regulations, and laws for effective service delivery. Qualifications Experience Two-year degree in Accounting/Business or equivalent experience preferred.
