Fellowship Director Description:
We seek to hire a full-time Fellowship Director to ensure continued programmatic excellence for the Fine Arts Work Center's signature Fellowship program. As a key member of the senior leadership team, the Fellowship Director provides strategic and operational leadership for the Fellowship, champions its artistic vision across theanization, and cultivates an exceptional experience for Fellows. to read the full job description.
Qualifications:
Five to seven years of experience in nonprofit arts administration, program management, or a related field. Demonstrated success developing and implementing programs that support working artists and writers. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonalmunication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across a diverse range of stakeholders. Demonstratedmitment to advancing diversity, equity, inclusion, and access throughanizational practices and participant engagement. Proven ability to take initiative, manage multiple priorities, solveplex problems, meet deadlines, and lead teams effectively. Interest in and knowledge of contemporary visual arts and literature. Familiarity with literary and visual artsanizations, graduate programs, residencies, and fellowship programs is preferred.
