• What You'll Champion:

• + Join our Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) team at York Hospital, supporting a high‑acuity, 44‑bed Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) in Central Pennsylvania.

+ Qualified candidates include NNPs and Physician Assistants with successful completion of a post-graduate Neonatology residency program, Neonatology fellowship program, or a minimum of two years of NICU experience + 24‑hour call shifts, averaging approximately 13 shifts per 8‑week schedule + Shifts include 7:00 a.m

m. + Collaborate with a highly experienced team of 5 Neonatologists and 8 full‑time Neonatal Nurse Practitioners + Enjoy a high level of clinical autonomy with full neonatology physician support + Provide care for ELGAN and critically ill neonates + State‑of‑the‑art neonatal technology, including jet ventilators and oscillator ventilators + Dedicated in‑unit lactation consultants, respiratory therapists, and clinical pharmacists + Multidisciplinary specialty support from Pediatric Surgery (Johns Hopkins), Neurology, Neurosurgery, and Ophthalmology
