Job Description

Title:
"Office Assistant" with advancement available to "Legal Assistant" with appropriate experience
Hours:
30
  • 40 hours per week, Monday
  • Friday, 8:00 am
  • 5:00 pm (flexible)
Duties:
Polite and professional interaction with clients in-person as well as telephonically; Any and all office administration including, but not limited to, office management, support work for other team members, and scheduling; Any and all support for the attorney, including any delegated research. Assist in trust drafting, will drafting, real property deed preparation, and document proofing. Occasional creation of social media content and promotional materials.
Skills:
Proficient with Microsoft Word/Google Docs, Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets, and Adobe Acrobat/PDF's and CRM experience is beneficial.

Benefits:
Participation in our retirement plan, and two (2) weeks of paid vacation time and five (5) sick days, after you have been with the firm for six (6) months.
Compensation:
Payment at the rate of $16.00 per hour
Materials:
The firm will provide you with a computer and all other work related materials, as well as any cost associated with becoming a notary (if applicable)
Start Date:
October 2026
Review Schedule and Raise Policy:
Annual Reviews are conducted with raises given in accordance with performance
Notes:

$16.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
