Job Description

Coalition UFL Fellow Willamette University - 3.9 Arlington, TX Job Details Temporary | Part-time $1 - $2 a year 8 hours ago Qualifications School experience Sports team experience Experience working with high schoolers Community relationship building Coaching high school students Working with youth Full Job Description Fellowship Program Overview The Colaition UFL Fellowship is a two-year program built for high school coaches who want to grow, learn, and get real experience at the professional level. As a fellow, you won't just observe - you'll be involved. You'll work alongside professional coaching staffs, help build weekly game plans, and coach on both the offensive and defensive sides of the ball. A big part of this fellowship is mentoring and building relationships with athletes. Fellows are expected to be present, supportive, and engaged - helping players develop not only on the field, but as people. You'll have the chance to learn how pro coaches connect with athletes and build trust over a season. Fellows also play an active role in community outreach and youth football. You'll help identify and recruit participants for football and flag youth clinics, assist with planning and running those clinics , and serve as a leader in your local football community . This is hands-on work that matters and makes an impact. Another important piece of the fellowship is opening the door for your schools, athletes, and their families to experience the UFL up close, helping them feel welcomed into the fan base through special game-day opportunities . You'll be paired with another fellow as part of a two-year cycle. In year one, you'll work alongside a returning fellow and learn the program . In year two, you'll step into a mentorship role for the next incoming fellow.
