Take Your Clinical Practice to the Next Level Therapy Partner Solutions (TPS) is seeking motivated physical therapists to join our Orthopedic Physical Therapy Residency Program, a structured, high-impact training experience designed to accelerate clinical expertise and prepare clinicians for the Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) examination. TPS, therapist-owned and operated since 2016, is dedicated to providing exceptional therapy services. We understand therapists because we are therapists ourselves, and we recognize the unique challenges clinicians face every day. As the provider of outpatient therapy services for Mary Washington, we're proud to be part of a strong, multidisciplinary team that brings together physical and occupational therapists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care. This program combines full-time clinical practice with advanced education and mentorship , helping you develop into a confident, highly skilled orthopedic clinician. Mentor Availability:
Fredericksburg, Stafford, King George, Ruther Glen About the Residency Program Developed in partnership with Therapy Partner Solutions , this residency is built by clinicians, for clinicians —with a focus on real world application, mentorship, and long-term professional growth. Residents participate in a comprehensive blended learning model , including: 300+ hours of structured didactic education 150 hours of 1:1 mentorship Full-time patient care in an orthopedic setting Asynchronous and live virtual learning In-person weekend intensive courses Program Highlights Structured curriculum aligned with OCS preparation Mentorship from experienced orthopedic clinicians Integration of evidence-based practice into daily care Exposure to a wide variety of orthopedic conditions Development of clinical reasoning and advanced skillsets Curriculum Includes Spine & lumbopelvic management Upper extremity Intensive Lower extremity Intensive Dry Needling Certification Current Concepts of Orthopaedic Physical Therapy coursework Asynchronous content modules from Hospital of Special Surgery Evidence-based practice & clinical reasoning Journal clubs and case-based discussions What to Expect as a Resident Maintain full-time clinical schedule Complete ~300+ hours of structured educational activities Participate in ongoing mentorship Engage in independent study and professional development Collaborate with a network of residents and mentors Why Join This Program? USD $80,000.00/Yr.
Max:
USD $90,000.00/Yr.
Annual Incentive Bonus Up To:
USD $9,000.00/Yr.
