Take Your Clinical Practice to the Next Level Therapy Partner Solutions (TPS) is seeking motivated physical therapists to join our Orthopedic Physical Therapy Residency Program, a structured, high-impact training experience designed to accelerate clinical expertise and prepare clinicians for the Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) examination. TPS, therapist-owned and operated since 2016, is dedicated to providing exceptional therapy services. Mentor Availability:

Fredericksburg, Stafford, King George, Ruther Glen About the Residency Program Developed in partnership with Therapy Partner Solutions , this residency is built by clinicians, for clinicians —with a focus on real world application, mentorship, and long-term professional growth. USD $80,000.00/Yr.

Max:

USD $90,000.00/Yr.

Annual Incentive Bonus Up To:
