Responsibilities Management responsibilities with team or subcontractors Extensive Travel (75 %) to jobsites and office locations to meet with preconstruction for budgeting, vendor meetings, conferences and other business development functions Communicate with Executives within Brasfield & Gorrie and other companies Create and present department strategic initiatives to company management Evaluate current crane/hoist processes and procedures and identify opportunities for process improvement Maintain an understanding of the crane and hoist department operations Understand and enforce general industry safety standards Manage lift planning processes Develop strategic relationships internally and externally Identify industry trends that will impact Brasfield and Gorrie Education
