Track policy renewals 6. Issuing Certificates of Insurance 7. Issuing policy endorsements 8. Sending policy documents to insureds 9. Assist with billing inquiries and processing payments 10. Obtain information from customers via email and occasionally phone calls 11. Remind customers of policy audits 12. Remind customers of membership renewals 13.

$18.00 - $22.00 per hour
