Must have a high-school level proficiency with computers and computer programs. Must be able to speak articulately and professionally on the telephone with customers and underwriters. List of Tasks to be completed on a regular basis 1. Data Entry and tracking 2. Creating customer accounts/profiles 3. Entering policy data 4. Filing documents (electronically) 5. Track policy renewals 6. Issuing Certificates of Insurance 7. Issuing policy endorsements 8. Sending policy documents to insureds 9. Assist with billing inquiries and processing payments 10. Obtain information from customers via email and occasionally phone calls 11. Remind customers of policy audits 12. Remind customers of membership renewals 13.
