The firm, headquartered in Gales Ferry CT with offices in PA and NY, provides fire, emergency management, and life safety code compliance services exclusively to a healthcare client base of more than one hundred fifty facilities in the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic states. The firm offers assessments, plan customization, training services, and onsite surveys in Joint Commission Statement of Conditions, Life Safety Code® surveys, and Emergency Management.
POSITION OVERVIEW
The Healthcare Compliance Consultant will be responsible for conducting comprehensive on-site surveys, developing in-depth reports, completing Statement of Conditions (SOC) documentation, and Environment of Care Document reviews.

PRIMARY CHALLENGES

QUALIFICATIONS
The successful candidate will have demonstrated the ability to teach, train, and educate a diverse group of clients and staff. A 4-year degree in fire protection or fire science is preferred, a 2-year degree coupled with experience will be considered. Preference will be applied to individuals with experience in code compliance, public speaking, training, and working knowledge in the healthcare industry.
