Salary Range:

$220,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year Benefits Annual Base Salary

Responsibilities Evaluate the specific insurance needs of prospective clients to recommend appropriate coverage options. Manage and nurture a pipeline of new leads to ensure consistent growth in our local client base. Explain complex policy details in clear, accessible language so that clients feel confident in their coverage. Process applications, renewals, and policy changes with careful attention to detail. Collaborate with the broader team to share best practices and contribute to our collective success.
