Job Description

We are looking for a dependable Customer Excellence Associate to support insurance-related customer interactions for a long-term contract opportunity. In this role, you will assist customers through phone and email communication while accurately reviewing, updating, and researching policy information across multiple systems.

Responsibilities:

Respond to incoming customer inquiries and place outbound calls as needed to provide timely support and resolve service issues.
Review insurance-related information across multiple screens and update records with a high degree of accuracy.
Research customer questions thoroughly and provide clear, attentive responses by phone and email.
Enter and maintain customer and policy data while ensuring details are complete and correct.
