Job Description
We are looking for a dependable Customer Excellence Associate to support insurance-related customer interactions for a long-term contract opportunity. In this role, you will assist customers through phone and email communication while accurately reviewing, updating, and researching policy information across multiple systems.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to incoming customer inquiries and place outbound calls as needed to provide timely support and resolve service issues.
- Review insurance-related information across multiple screens and update records with a high degree of accuracy.
- Research customer questions thoroughly and provide clear, attentive responses by phone and email.
- Enter and maintain customer and policy data while ensuring details are complete and correct.
