Job Description
Job Summary Global Security - Threat Management Associate Tempe, AZGlobal Security (GS) protects the firm's employees and assets worldwide, including the development of security and safety policies, regulatory compliance, security guard management, alarm response, crisis management, ATM, branch and corporate building security, customer safety, physical crime investigations, workplace violence, fire and life safety, executive protection, due diligence, pre‑employment screening, global security operations, fraud investigations, and cyber security.
As a Threat Management Associate within Global Security, you will be aligned to a particular function and/or region within the Threat Management organization but will support other functions and regions based on business needs. You will report to an aligned Threat Manager (TM) and the Threat Management Program Manager to provide support functions for escalated threat cases throughout their lifecycle, including acknowledgement of case details, data entry, case management system input, workflow updates, supplemental investigations, interview organization, and consultation on case management and adjudication. The lifecycle will involve information gathering, initial threat assessment, stakeholder consultation, mitigation strategy incorporation, ongoing monitoring, and regular reviews of persons of concern.
