This is not a general All-Source Analyst position. Candidates must have demonstrated experience performing All-Source intelligence analysis within the Defense Intelligence Enterprise (DIE) or in a directly comparable Intelligence Community mission, with experience producing finished intelligence and applying IC/DIA analytic standards and tradecraft. Candidates must also have experience with Object-Based Intelligence (OBI), entity-centric analysis, structured intelligence data, knowledge graphs/ontologies, or directly comparable data-centric intelligence methodologies. Applicants whose experience is primarily in law enforcement, investigative support, FBI/DHS case support, cyber analysis, security, watchlisting/vetting, or general OSINT without demonstrated Defense Intelligence/IC All-Source tradecraft and applicable OBI/entity-centric experience are unlikely to meet the requirements of this position.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

(Mid and Senior)

• All-Source intelligence analysis supporting DIA, COCOM/J2, Joint, Service, SOF/TSOC, or a comparable Defense Intelligence Enterprise/IC mission
• Production of finished intelligence for operational, strategic, or senior decision-makers
• Application of IC analytic standards and DIA/DIE analytic writing and tradecraft conventions
• Integration of multiple intelligence disciplines and sources into defensible analytic assessments
• Experience evaluating incomplete, conflicting, or complex reporting and developing well-sourced analytic judgments
• Experience with OBI, entity-centric analysis, structured data environments, knowledge graphs, ontologies, or comparable data-centric intelligence methodologies
• Collaboration with Intelligence Community and/or Defense Intelligence Enterprise mission partners
• Active TS/SCI with current CI Polygraph

MID-LEVEL ALL-SOURCE ANALYST

The Mid-Level Analyst must demonstrate comprehensive mission knowledge and the ability to conduct complex multi-INT analysis with minimal oversight in a Defense Intelligence or comparable IC environment. Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant All-Source Analyst experience, with at least a portion of that experience within the last 2 years
• Bachelor's degree in an area related to the labor category from an accredited college or university
• Prior experience producing finished intelligence for DIA, COCOM/J2, Joint, Service, SOF/TSOC, or a comparable Defense Intelligence Enterprise organization
• Familiarity with DIA/DIE analytic writing, production, tradecraft conventions, and OBI
• Active TS/SCI with current

CI Polygraph Education/Experience Substitution:

An additional four years of relevant All-Source Analyst experience may be substituted for the Bachelor's degree, for a total of 7 years of relevant experience.

SENIOR ALL-SOURCE ANALYST

The Senior Analyst must meet the Mid-Level requirements and demonstrate advanced Defense Intelligence experience, mastery of IC analytic standards and tradecraft, and the ability to independently address complex operational and strategic intelligence requirements. Minimum Qualifications

• At least 8 years of relevant All-Source Analyst experience, with at least a portion of that experience within the last 2 years
• Bachelor's degree in an area related to the labor category
• Demonstrated experience producing and/or reviewing finished intelligence in accordance with IC analytic standards and Defense Intelligence Enterprise tradecraft
• Advanced multi-INT analysis involving entity, network, spatial-temporal, targeting, or other data-centric analytic methodologies
• Experience with OBI/entity-centric analysis and related structured intelligence methodologies
• Ability to work independently and provide senior-level analytic expertise, mentoring, or guidance
• Active TS/SCI with current CI Polygraph Desired Senior Qualifications
• 12+ years of relevant All-Source Analyst experience
• Related Master's degree
• Significant DIA/DIE mission experience

WORK LOCATION

• Aurora, Colorado These positions require 100% onsite performance.

Remote or hybrid work is not available. Relocation assistance is not currently offered.

COMPENSATION

Mid-Level:

$97,000 - $110,000 annually

Senior-Level:

$116,000 - $125,000 annually Final compensation will be based on qualifications, directly relevant experience, education, labor category alignment, and contract requirements.
