Job Overview As a Senior Intelligence Analyst, you will support a sensitive DoD program working with the IC. You will identify critical intelligence gaps, write the collection requirements that close them, and deliver analytic judgments that inform operational planning and strategic assessments for key Government stakeholders. This is a senior seat on a small, hand built team where every member carries real weight with growth potential. Duties and Responsibilities Serve as an interface to the IC building and maintaining relationships across DoD and IC organizations by shepherd analytic initiatives, requirements, and requests for support through the appropriate coordination and approval processes. Discover, analyze, and fuse information from intelligence disciplines; research, interpret, and de-conflict complex reporting from multiple intelligence streams. Identify critical intelligence gaps and generate formal intelligence collection requirements; track their status and advocate with the owning collection authorities. Produce analytic products and assessments that support operational planning, targeting, and strategic assessments, with the risk and the confidence level stated plainly. Apply IC databases and analytic tools to conduct all-source analysis. Coordinate with DoD and IC stakeholders to synchronize analysis, resolve competing assessments, and report findings. Minimum Qualifications At least fifteen (15) years of progressive, professional experience in intelligence analysis or other related fields. Six (6) years must pertain specifically to the labor category, while the remaining experience must pertain to a related labor category. Demonstrated experience coordinating assessments, requirements, or initiatives with other agencies and carrying them through to approval across IC organizations,. Experience identifying intelligence gaps and writing formal collection requirements (HUMINT, SIGINT, GEOINT, MASINT, or multi-INT). Experience supporting operational planning, targeting, or strategic assessments. Proficiency with IC databases and analytic tools. Ability to support tasks as they pertain to intelligence analysis and to perform functional duties independently. Excellent verbal and written communication, including briefing senior leaders. Preferred Qualifications Experience at an intelligence agency (e.g., NSA, CIA, NGA, NRO) or a DoD service intelligence center or scientific and technical intelligence center (e.g., NASIC, NGIC, MSIC, ONI/FTAC), in a specialized analytic or collection-management role. Experience in a mission-manager, Intelligence Manager/Officer staff, or collection-requirements-officer role. Collection management certification (e.g., CCMP) or formal collection-management training. Familiarity with OSINT principles and with open sources, digital behaviors, and common platforms in one or more Combatant Command (CCMD) areas of responsibility. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; strong multi-tasking and organizational skills; excellent interpersonal skills; ability to handle complex and highly detailed responsibilities, prioritize work, make sound decisions, and manage multiple concurrent activities with changing priorities and short turnaround times. Education Requirements Bachelor or Master's degree in intelligence studies, international relations, security studies, STEM, or a related field. At least fifteen (15) years of progressive, professional experience in Intelligence analysis. Security Clearance This position requires an active TS/SCI clearance. Applicants must meet the eligibility requirements for that clearance level. Citizenship US Citizenship required.
