OBJECTIVE

Serve as the lead for Guidance Counselors including, but not limited to, new staff training, professional development, and compliance with grant requirements and other logistical support

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Support and lead the vision and mission of guidance counseling department Set the direction for the guidance counseling department for the maximum benefit of students Support all guidance counselors, including new to the district Support and lead professional development Provide solutions-based approach to problems for students and staff
