Qualifications:

Valid California School Counseling License Experience or a strong interest in working with diverse age groups, from pre-kindergarten through high school Ability to cultivate positive rapport with students, staff, and families Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills Proven commitment to student advocacy and educational excellence

Responsibilities:

Provide individual and group counseling tailored to PreK-12 students developmental needs Conduct assessments and collaborate on student support plans Serve as a key liaison between students, faculty, and families while supporting healthy social/emotional growth Guide students in academic planning and conflict resolution Offer crisis intervention and refer students to community resources when necessary Maintain accurate, confidential documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines As part of this position, you will enjoy a highly competitive hourly compensation of $45-55, along with weekly pay and a comprehensive ProCare benefits package.
