Qualifications:

Masters Degree in School Counseling is required Proficiency in foundational counseling techniques, management, and leadership Ability to communicate with individuals, small groups, whole-class groups, and collaborate effectively with colleagues and families Strong oral and written communication abilities Demonstrated skills in organization, problem solving, and analysis Capacity to review current processes and develop practical improvements Experience working within educational settings is highly valued

Responsibilities:

Provide counseling services to students individually, in small groups, and classroom settings Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student achievement and well-being Assess student needs and develop intervention plans when necessary Maintain accurate records and document all counseling activities in compliance with school protocols Lead guidance activities that foster positive school climate and personal growth Participate in meetings to discuss student progress and contribute to a collaborative school environment Identify, analyze, and communicate areas for process or program enhancement
