Key Qualifications:

Masters Degree in School Counseling (required) Strong foundation in counseling techniques, management, and leadership Proficiency working individually, with small groups, and classroom settings Skilled at building relationships and partnering effectively with various stakeholders Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities Expertise in organization, problem-solving, and process analysis Ability to identify and implement improvements in existing programs and procedures

Core Responsibilities:

Provide individual and group counseling to address academic, emotional, and social needs Facilitate classroom guidance lessons and develop targeted interventions for student success Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to foster a positive learning environment Develop, monitor, and refine support plans and behavioral strategies as needed Participate in data analysis to guide program enhancements and measure outcomes Maintain comprehensive records and document student progress Support school-wide initiatives that promote student well-being and engagement
