Job Description

Step into a meaningful role supporting students across K-12 as an onsite school counselor for a full school year. This contract position offers the opportunity to make a lasting impact by helping students thrive academically, emotionally, and socially in a supportive and collaborative environment. Youll work closely with a single school, providing invaluable counseling services and contributing to a positive, inclusive school culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver individual and group counseling services to K12 students Attend and actively participate in IEP meetings Conduct comprehensive assessments and contribute to student evaluations Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support students success Document interventions, maintain accurate records, and track student progress Promote emotional well-being, conflict resolution skills, and mindfulness in the school setting
What Were Looking For:
Current School Counselor license for California Valid California PPS credential Experience working with students across elementary, middle, and high school levels preferred Strong communication and collaboration abilities Commitment to fostering equity, inclusion, and a safe learning environment
Position Details:
Onsite, contract role at a single school location Full-time schedule: Monday through Friday, 35 hours per week School year commitment: August through June, following the 26/27 academic calendar Competitive weekly pay Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance options 401k retirement plan with employer support Embrace a fulfilling opportunity to support youth through purposeful guidance, advocacy, and connection.
