Key Qualifications:

Masters Degree in School Counseling required Proficient counseling skills, with the ability to manage and lead effectively Comfortable working one-on-one, with small groups, in classroom settings, and collaborating with diverse stakeholders Strong communication skillsboth written and verbal Demonstrated organizational strength and advanced problem-solving skills Skilled at process analysis and identifying opportunities for improvement

Primary Responsibilities:
