Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Masters Degree in School Counseling required Solid foundation in basic counseling skills, with demonstrated management and leadership abilities Proven record of working effectively with individuals, small groups, classroom groups, and various school stakeholders Strong knowledge of effective communication, both orally and in writing Excellent organizational skills and a strategic approach to problem-solving Skilled at analyzing existing processes and suggesting meaningful improvements

Key Responsibilities:

Provide counseling support to students individually, in small groups, and in classroom settings Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and parents to address student needs and enhance educational outcomes Foster a welcoming environment where students feel safe, supported, and understood Develop and implement intervention strategies, promoting the emotional and social growth of students Maintain accurate records and documentation, upholding confidentiality at all times Participate in ongoing professional development and proactively engage in continuous school improvement initiatives
