As a Student Success Coach and Mentor with City Year, you will serve full-time in a partner public school, providing students with academic, social-emotional, and attendance support. Working on a diverse AmeriCorps team, you'll collaborate with teachers to deliver small-group tutoring, mentoring, and classroom assistance. You'll build strong relationships with students, track progress toward goals, and help create an inclusive, engaging learning environment aligned with City Year's commitment to social justice, leadership development, and personal growth.
