Qualifications and Desired Experience:

Masters Degree in School Counseling required Solid foundation in counseling techniques, both individual and group Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Excellent communication abilities, both verbally and in writing Demonstrated leadership and management experience Capacity to analyze and improve current processes Ability to build relationships across diverse groups, including students, faculty, and families

Key Responsibilities:
