e2059-30680 Job Description Embark on a full-time, contract opportunity supporting students as a School Counselor for the upcoming school year, located near Winder, GA. This role is welcoming to experienced travel professionals ready to make a positive impact in an educational environment. Ideal candidates hold a Masters Degree in School Counseling and bring a comprehensive set of counseling, management, and leadership skills to the table. As an integral part of the school team, youll support students individually, in small groups, and classroom settings, while working collaboratively with staff and other stakeholders to foster student success.

Key Qualifications:

Masters Degree in School Counseling required Proven knowledge of core counseling principles, management, and leadership Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities Excellent oral and written communication skills Ability to engage effectively with students, staff, and external partners Experience analyzing processes and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement

Primary Responsibilities:

Provide individualized and group counseling to support academic, personal, and social development Facilitate classroom lessons focused on student well-being and growth Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to address student needs Develop and monitor action plans for students requiring additional guidance Promote a positive school climate and support the mental health and well-being of all students Track progress and maintain accurate, confidential records in compliance with school and legal requirements
