Qualifications and Desired Experience:

Masters Degree in School Counseling is required Proficiency in basic counseling skills, behavioral management, and leadership practices Strong oral and written communication abilities to effectively collaborate and advocate Experience working with individuals, small groups, classroom settings, and various stakeholders Skills in organization, problem solving, and process analysis Demonstrated ability to identify areas for improvement and implement positive change
