Qualifications and Desired Background:

Masters Degree in School Counseling (required) Proficient in foundational counseling techniques, group leadership, and effective management Strong ability to build rapport and collaborate with students, faculty, families, and administrators Clear and persuasive communicator, both verbally and in writing Highly organized with adaptive problem-solving skills Confident in analyzing and streamlining existing processes for ongoing improvement

Key Responsibilities:
