As the school counselor, you will be an essential resource for students, staff, and familieshelping foster a positive atmosphere and supporting students academic, social, and emotional development. Youll have the opportunity to work individually, with small groups, and within classroom settings, collaborating closely with various stakeholders.

Requirements:

Masters Degree in School Counseling Demonstrated knowledge of key counseling methods, management strategies, and leadership skills Proven ability to support individuals and groups of students, as well as teamwork with faculty and stakeholders Outstanding oral and written communication skills Strong organizational abilities and a proactive problem-solving approach Confidence in analyzing processes and contributing to ongoing school improvement

Key Responsibilities:
