Conduct assessments using standardized testing tools to identify student needs and track progress over time. Provide guidance on school policy matters related to guidance counseling, special education, and cultural diversity counseling. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in School Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred. Valid school counselor certification/license applicable in the relevant jurisdiction. Proven experience working with children in educational or social service settings; experience with K-8 students highly valued.
