Key Qualifications:

Masters degree in School Counseling (required) Proficiency in foundational counseling skills, with strong management and leadership abilities Experience working with individual students, small groups, entire classrooms, and engaging collaboratively with teachers, administrators, and families Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational skills and the ability to address and resolve problems creatively Aptitude for analyzing current practices and recommending effective improvements to benefit students and school culture

Primary Responsibilities:

Deliver counseling services that address academic, emotional, and social development needs Facilitate small group and classroom guidance sessions to foster conflict resolution, personal growth, and a positive school environment Identify student needs and implement targeted interventions in collaboration with educators and families Serve as a resource and advocate for all students, working with stakeholders to promote an inclusive and supportive atmosphere Maintain accurate documentation, participate in team meetings, and contribute to ongoing program development
