Promote Academic and Social-Emotional Learning Provide Tier 1 instruction Provide Tier 2 instruction, interventions, and counseling for K-5 Support on-demand, initial intake, and counseling needs Support student and family case management Help students realize their potential and make progress 504 Case Manager Maintain and enhance collaboration with team members and department members, including participation in relevant committees Lead building-level and community organization opportunities to enhance social-emotional student learning Utilize technology to maximize instruction and learning Support students in crises and provide appropriate interventions Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to promote student well-being Conduct assessments and develop action plans for students who require additional support and guidance Maintain accurate and confidential records of student interactions Support building-level scheduling process as well as individual student schedules East Rochester offers a competitive salary, a comprehensive benefits package, a small student-to-teacher ratio, and a team-oriented approach to educating our students.
