Required Qualifications & Experience:

Masters Degree in School Counseling. Proficient in core counseling techniques, group and individual session management, and leadership within an educational context. Strong interpersonal skills for engaging with students, small groups, classroom groups, and collaborating with school staff and families. Effective communicator, both verbally and in writing, adept at documenting interactions and reporting on student progress. Demonstrated abilities in organization and problem-solving, with a track record of identifying and improving existing processes. Willingness to work as part of a multidisciplinary educational team and adapt to evolving school needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive counseling services to support students academic, social, and emotional growth. Conduct individual and group counseling sessions, addressing student concerns and facilitating healthy decision-making. Collaborate with educators, school administrators, and families to develop and implement effective support plans. Analyze student needs and assess current practices to recommend and enact improvements. Facilitate classroom workshops and small-group activities that promote wellbeing, conflict resolution, and resilience.
