Qualifications and Experience:

Masters Degree in School Counseling required Familiarity with essential counseling methods, leadership, and student management strategies Able to engage effectively with individuals, groups, and classrooms Strong ability to collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders Excellent oral and written communication abilities Well-developed organization and problem-solving skills Experience analyzing current practices and identifying areas for improvement

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct counseling services to students as individuals and in group settings Lead and participate in classroom guidance and developmental programs Collaborate with school personnel, families, and outside agencies to support student welfare Develop and implement strategies to enhance student outcomes and school-wide practices Maintain confidentiality and accurate documentation of interactions and interventions
