What You'll Do:

As a Job Coach , you'll work one-on-one with individuals in community job settings to help them learn, adjust, and succeed in their roles. Every day, you'll see your efforts make a direct difference.

You will:

Teach and model workplace skills that lead to independence and job success. Assess abilities and strengths, tailoring training to each person's unique learning style. Coach communication and teamwork skills for success on the job. Develop creative, individualized training plans using adaptive tools or multisensory techniques. Document progress and collaborate with Program Managers to ensure each client thrives. Celebrate victories — big and small — as clients reach milestones toward independence.

What You'll Need:

High school diploma or equivalent (GED) and 1+ year of experience in human services, job coaching, mentoring, or education. OR Bachelor's degree and willingness to complete our training program. Be 18 years or older. Have reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and proof of auto insurance. Be flexible and ready to travel to clients' workplaces within your local area.
