Job Description

Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience as a paraprofessional, teacher's aide, or similar educational support role High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework or relevant certifications preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to collaborate with teachers, therapists, and other school staff Demonstrated patience and adaptability when assisting students with diverse needs Positive attitude and commitment to helping students reach their full potential
Primary Responsibilities:
Provide one-on-one or small group support to students under teacher guidance Assist with classroom management, organization, and daily routines Help implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and monitor student progress Support students with disabilities or special needs, promoting a welcoming and respectful environment Foster positive student relationships and encourage engagement in classroom activities Maintain accurate records and assist with documentation as needed This position offers a unique chance to impact young lives each day and develop valuable skills in the field of education.
