About the
Position:
The CHS Re-Imagination Pathway Design Lead(s) will work in close coordination of all aspects of the CHS Re-imagination, in collaboration with the Barr Foundation. The CHS Re-Imagination CCE Co-Teaching Model Lead will work alongside our Barr Leadership Team and our Reimagination consultant to support all aspects of the implementation of CCE practices across Chelsea High School. The CHS Re-Imagination Pathway Design Lead(s) will also work directly and in support of the districts Early College and Career Coordinator, as well as the district Director of School Counseling, in support of their work, as part of the CHS Reimagination project.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Coordinate with the Barr Leadership Team and the Reimagination consultant to support all aspects of the CCE Co-Teaching implementation practices.
Work in support of the districts Early College and Career Coordinator, as well as the district Director of School Counseling,
Remain in communication with outside consultants and Barr foundation, and provide updates to district and building based leadership when required. Additional before/after school duties as directed by building principal and Officer of Innovation, Access, and Opportunity. Grant requirement compliance if applicable
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will be a CHS Instructional Educator/Leader, particularly within the field of school counseling.
Compensation:
Paid at the hourly contractual rate, not to exceed $10,000 for the year.
Dates/Time:
Full Academic Year Approximately First Day of School
- Approximately Last Day of School Expected work
- up to 10 hours per week, planned in coordination with the Barr Leadership Team
